CONDITIONS FOR THE RECEPTION OF PROJECTS:
La Claqueta will only accept and enter to value those materials with respect to which the owner has accepted and signed the conditions established in this document and described below:

Intellectual property

The applicant is the holder of all the exploitation rights of the presented materials and has the capacity to present the project.

Use of the materials sent

The applicant authorizes La Claqueta to share with the members of the company and third party collaborators the materials sent in order to be able to study and value them. The fact that the company agrees to the study and evaluation of the project does not imply a tacit acceptance of any kind nor does it generate any commitment or obligation on the part of La Claqueta to carry out its production or even to attempt it.

Consideration

The valuation of the projects presented does not entail any consideration from the company. However, in the event that La Claqueta is interested in the project, it will formalize with the applicant the corresponding agreement that includes the conditions of its use.

Previous ideas

La Claqueta states that it may already be exploring projects or ideas generated by members of the company, or by third parties, that resemble the project presented by the applicant. In this sense, based on the previous statement, the applicant accepts it and guarantees La Claqueta that it will not present any claim against the company for misappropriation of its project or part of it.
